Office Coffee is more than a cafe. It is a staple for the professional community in Banjarmasin, known for its modern-industrial atmosphere and work-from-cafe culture. The space faced a familiar challenge: keeping the guest experience seamless during peak hours. This project focused on designing a dine-in app to connect physical comfort with digital convenience.
MY ROLE
As Product Designer, I led this project end to end. My responsibilities included competitive and user research, concept exploration and prototyping, UX/UI and interaction design, user flow mapping, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and the PM.
